Order and delivery

Have you found a Go Hard Nutrition item that you really must have? Beautiful!

Now select a color and/or size and click on 'add to cart'.
Of course you can continue shopping, you can always go back to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right.
Note: if items are in your shopping cart, this does not mean that they are reserved.

Are you shopped out? Then it is time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right to go to your Go Hard Nutrition items. In the next screen you can adjust the numbers if necessary. Then click on the button 'Proceed to checkout'. You are now on the check-out page. Here you can easily enter all your details on one page.

Note: After you have completed your order you cannot change it, because your order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

 

1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping costs differ per country. Proceed to checkout to view your shipping costs. Pro tip, from 75 EUR you enjoy free shipping.

2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link via e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.

It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Go Hard Nutrition strives for a fast delivery of the products. If you place an order on working days before 3:00 PM, we aim to process your order the same day. In most cases, this means that you have your order at home the next day.

4. I'M NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, NOW WHAT?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver, this also states the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

5. WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping so that there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you have not received your order - please report this, 14 days after the indicated delivery date an investigation will be started by PostNL, we will keep you informed until the end of the investigation.
