Exchanges and returns

If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are defective, please email to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and salable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of the return shipment. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

• Please download, print and complete the return form if you do not already have one. Request the return form using the form below.
• Send your return form together with a photo of the products you are returning to by e-mail.
• After approval, make sure that your return is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
• Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your package.
• Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely with us.

• All returned items must be unused, unopened and in the original plastic packaging.
• We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
• Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in the post.
• Please ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transport.
• Make sure the return form has been approved - without approval, your return may not be processed.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Enter your order number, email address and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on
the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
When we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount
in your bank account within five working days.
