If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the order. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the order to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of the return shipment.

• Please download, print and complete the return form if you do not already have one. Request the return form using the form below.
• Send your return form together with a photo of the products you are returning to info@gohardnutrition.eu by e-mail.
• After approval, make sure that your return is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
• Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your package.
• Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely with us.
• Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@gohardnutrition.eu
Return Conditions and Guidelines:
• We are not responsible for the cost of returning the items.
• Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in the post.
• Please ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transport.
• Make sure the return form has been approved - without approval, your return may not be processed.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on
the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
As a broadcaster you are responsible and we don't want any misunderstandings
originate.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
When we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount
in your bank account within five working days.
