Suggested use
Shake container before use. Mix 1 scoop (33g) Go Hard Nutrition Hydro Isolate with 150ml – 200ml of water and mix thoroughly. Enjoy prior to workouts, within 30 minutes after workouts or anytime you desire a high protein drink.
